Soon the transformation will be complete and the forty legions will be called upon. The next time you see me, you won’t recognize me.
Even long after the release of the controversial music video for “Your Life in Playback” it is still continuing to gain attention, this time in award winning fashion. FEARnet held their Best of 2011 Music Awards and Margin of Error landed the “Sickest” Music Video of the Year! ”It’s an honor to be among some of the top music of the year on FEARnet, said Travis Meyers. I’ve seen all the artists they cover from Cradle of Filth to Carnifex and we’re very proud to win such a fitting award for us. I want to thank my band and my good friend and director Steve Shilson for helping me to bring my vision to life in an extraordinary way. Lastly, I want to thank FEARnet for debuting this music video in its entirety when many other websites wanted to censor it.” You can check out the full article over at FEARnet below and check out what they had to say about “Your Life in Playback.”

The music video for the single Your Life in Playback even had to be debuted by the horror giant FEARnet after other websites refused to show it without censorship. Whether you love Margin of Error or hate them, the band is still standing independently after 5 plus years. Now they embark on their last few tour dates of the year celebrating the anniversary and saying farewell to their latest record What You Are About to Witness. “It’s a special time for the band right now because we and our fans get to connect with a lot of these songs for the last time in a live environment, said Travis Meyers. This record has been something that wouldn’t die as its continued to pick up steam and popularity long after its initial release. Now we get to give it a final farewell the way it should be given.” Rumors have already started to circulate on what is coming next for the band, as many fans cannot wait to see what Margin of Error has left in their bag of tricks. ”I’m not going to specifically address what is coming next yet beyond the record’s title which you already know, but I will say we have been building to this from the beginning. The conditions are almost right to reveal the final chapter of the trinity.”

Margin of Error has always stood up for their art whether the music world has agreed or not. Come out and help them celebrate Witness on these last few dates!

Even when that ‘outside’ is uncomfortable. The pacing is hard, fast, and lethal,” said Tastes Like Rock Magazine.

Fear. Hatred. The end – not mine, yours. I’ll come for you even if it’s the last thing I do. – These are the only expressions and terms that can describe the sickness trapped in this record, my brain remaining unable to write down all the thoughts that cross my mind when listening to What You Are About To Witness.”
